Frequently Asked Questions

  • What should I expect when selecting Pick Up, Local Delivery or Shipping? When/how do I get my order?
    If you have selected Pick Up you will be contacted by Stellar Discs to let you know when your order is available for pick up at our address. We will arrange a time for you to meet as we do not have a store front. *We can sometimes schedule to have your order with us while out at local courses or other events. If it is convenient then there is no charge. If you are wanting us to meet you somewhere for drop off please select Local Delivery. There is a $5 fee for this option. If you have selected Local Delivery and given your delivery address, you will be contacted by Stellar Discs to let you know what day your order will be on route. Shipping on Vancouver Island should arrive in 2-4 business days. Shipping Canada wide could take 5-10 business days.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
